Refund and Return Policy

We want your order to arrive as expected. If something is wrong, contact us at skytradershop@gmail.com and include your order number, photos if relevant, and a short description of the issue.
30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item should be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. For hygiene and safety, wearable or body-contact accessories must be unused and returned with original packaging intact.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.
Return shipping
If the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect, we will help with the return or replacement process. For buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, or accidental orders, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to contact us first. If the item is eligible, we will help determine the best next step based on stock availability.
90-day limited product guarantee
Some Techsnap product pages mention a 90-day guarantee. This is a limited guarantee for manufacturing defects under normal use. It is not an extended free trial and does not cover accidental damage, misuse, normal wear, or cosmetic wear from everyday use.
